"Hi! I'm Arnold from Butuan City, Caraga region, Philippines.  Welcome to my personal website.  I am currently working as a development specialist in one of the regional line agencies in our area.  My colleagues consider me a silent person because they always see me facing my PC, and seem serious in what I do.  Yet for those who knew me, especially my wife, I'm a talkative and humurous person, who usually participates discussion on politics and religion. 

I'm a visionary in many people's eyes — able to think outside of the box to come up with my own solutions. I'm creative not necessarily in the artistic sense, but because I can expand my mind to do things differently from others.  I need a job that allows me to use my strengths, break out of the mold, and truly excel.
